After a rewarding corporate career in the building technologies sector, I am now based in Manchester where I continue to consult for global enterprises and balance a portfolio of business interests with voluntary work. 

I am an early stage investor in sectors ranging from sustainable farming to health tech to products that promote wellbeing. My particular area of interest is female-founded start-ups which aim to progress the sustainable development of the North West and beyond. I am a member of the Women Angels of the North and whilst I’m still an investment novice, I’m happy to share my adventures in angel investing here.

Global marketing & communications

I have built and led global marketing and communications teams, developed and launched products and services, created and refreshed brands and marketing tools, and led lobbying campaigns - everything you would expect from a 20+ year global career.  I take on interim assignments particularly around M&A communications, and I’m increasingly active with my Angel investments.
